My name is Ari. I'm fourteen years old, 5'7, and I weigh about 149 pounds on good days. I've been wrong about my height for about two years, which explains why I've done nothing about my weight. I tend to have a pretty crap diet of junk food, but when I go to restaurants, nine out of ten times I'll drink water with a lemon wedge to spare calories and money. My BMI is about 23, which is near the "overweight" range.
My body type is strange. I'm either bony or chubby in a part of my body, there is literally no in-between for me. I'm really looking to have a flat stomach (abs?) and a tight butt. I'm a girl who's just about done with "filling out".
I'm horrible with diet and routine. My doctor told me to start exercising for sixty minutes a day but it's really difficult for me.
I like aerobic and cardio workouts, such as high-energy dancing and running. I also consider myself very "zen" and I often meditate.
And as for favorite ponies, my favorites are Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie.

Welcome here ! And good luck with your diet and exercising. As an advice, aim for 60min of exercise a day, but go for it progressively, it's ok if you don't do 60min the first days, don't put too much pressure on yourself for that. Also try to make it fun :-) (if Pinkie and RD are your favorites ponies, try to imagine combining the two : sport+fun )

I recently got a smartphone from my mom and I installed some workout apps for myself. I've got to use them sometime. Also, you mentioned making it fun. I have a trampoline; it's been a while!
