Hello everyone,
My name is Sven aka MadBrony, I am 21 years old and life in Germany… so don’t blame me for my English! I work as a “Chemikant” and mainly I sit on a chair and stare at a wall of monitors, not very healthy but good money. My hobbies are cycling, gaming, music and the newest is Bodybuilding. My dream is to travel more around the world and see as many cultures I can see but it is not easy… the money.
The worst time I had was when I weight 112KG with 36,5% Body fat, that was when I was 17 years old. Then I went to work and my weight dropped a little bit to 108KG and 31,5% Body Fat… not better at all. Before my apprenticeship ended I advertised to another company and I have to do a Healthy check and I nearly failed it… and I hate to fail anything really important. After that my motivation grew to work for my healthy.
This maybe sounds Hilarious but even before I really met the Brony community I watched MLP:FIM Series and thought about my life and how I can do better for me and maybe other, and one of the thing I sweared to myself was to get more Healthy, and I started to go to gym. Since now the Brony community inspire and motivate me to work and build me for a better tomorrow, but after 6 month of hard training I see results which motivate too!
Since I can imagine I loved it to ride my bike while I listen to fast energetic music but then I discovered bodybuilding 6 month ago. I regularly go to gym 3-4 Days in one week and since this 6 month I informed me about bodybuilding and what is important… Must haves and no goes. I Started with Full Body training combined with cardio after 4 month I started with a 3er Split training and finished my first Muscle-building phase yet. Now I am doing a low Carb. Diet combined with muscle endurance training and Cardio with pulse 130 for burn fat but don’t burn my muscles.
The Sub-elements I use are Protein shakes (Casein at night and for diet and Whey for muscle gain phase and after workout), BCAA’s and caffeine pills before workout.
After 6 Month my weight dropped to 99KG and 15,3% Body fat but I am far away from my goals… 6-10% Body fat but even this motivate me to do more!
At least I want to say that I will be a Brony forever and without the community I would not be who I am right now!
