Hello, I am shenanigans, and I am looking to help people in keeping healthy and strong within our great community. I am a martial artist, a breakdancer, and I even dabble in parkour, freerunning, and tricking, but I didn't start any of this until I was in college. I typically don't like to do things like weight lifting, so I find alternative ways of getting fit and strong. I look forward to meeting all of you!

I have dabbled in parkour a bit. Really great community there too. You almost certainly blow me out of the water.

I meed to try parkour someday it looks fun. But I'm afraid of getting hurt or looking like a jackass. But it's great to meet you and enjoy your stay.
