I'm not good with introductions so I'll just throw it out there, I saw this site posted on EQD and after much thought I've decided it's time to lose weight. That being said I haven't done any exercise since 8th grade and have come here to (re)learn how to get a proper work out, also I feel very dumbfounded since the realization that I was fat as hell came to me because of the recent storm(sandy) that hit the coast. long story short walking is a pain so hopefully with the help of this community I can get alittle healthier and feel abit more confident.

Welcome krucello! A decision is the first step, to do it and inform yourself about what is healthy, what not and what you want to do as a Physical workout is the second step, and to motivate and dont stop is the last step. I hope you will find your motivation to do your thing!

Welcome Krucello, and best of luck in getting in shape.
Even if you haven't done much exercise in years, now is the perfect time to get started. Be careful not to burn yourself out. Fitness is a gradual thing, but when you start seeing results it is a fantastic feeling. Stick with it, and don't give up.
