On the container is a recipe and there are more on the website above. My wife and I love using these because they are cheap and take about 20-30 minutes to prepare. I have never been one to cook real meals, but when my wife and I moved in together these were some of the first things I learned to make and I am surprised by how well I can actually cook now.

Just make sure to use the "Light" varieties. Anything that can help people start cooking their own food is a step in the right diretion.
