Hello, my name's Evie and I'm a sophomore in college. I enjoy working with technology, playing video games (currently playing LoZ: The Wind Waker, Guild Wars 2, and Pokemon White 2. Also enjoy fighting games though I'm pretty horrible at them xD;), and playing trumpet. Sweetie Belle is best pony.
I am here because I have really been having problems getting fit. I am currently around 157 pounds, and my ultimate goal is around 125 pounds. I've fallen into some really bad habits in the past few months, such as stress eating, getting practically no exercise, and poor food choices. So, hopefully with all of your support I can recover some of my old routines and start losing weight again! Even without weight loss in mind, I would like to gain some healthier life habits so that I don't end up getting diabetes like my grandma did.

ANyone that enjoys good games such as zelda and pokemon is awesome in my book. I know how it feels about rejecting yourself and get into bad habits. I wish you good luck with your goal! anything you need, feel free to ask around (even if I don't know how to help, i'm sure there will be someone around to help you out )

Even while being healthy can be difficult, we all are here to inspire each other in tackling this challenge. Getting started with being active and healthy can be hard, but its a great feeling! I wish you all the strength in the world in your quest for a healthier you.
