This looks like a nice community.
I've been trying to work out recently but it's been difficult. I have multiple physical disabilities: I'm vision-impaired, hearing-impaired and I have some nerve damage. I'm in my early 20s and I've been depressed at the circumstances of my life for the past ten years or so.
I've been trying recently to put the pieces of my life back together but my disabilities have proven to be a stubborn barrier to any progress.
I'm very thin and my main goal is to improve on that. It's hard for me to keep motivated in this, especially since I don't have much support and I don't know anything about proper exercise or diets, so hopefully this forum can help me stay on track.

Welcome to the group Phantomsteed. It sounds like you have your fair share of challenges, but as long as you can move your body and make your own decisions, you can get in shape and be healthy.
I hope we can give you the support and motivation you are looking for to succeed! With a determined soul and a optimistic attitude, there is nothing you can not achieve!

Welcome phantomsteed!
Your physical disabilites are hard, but you can do it! Dont over do it, to much is not good. What Sports are you doing? and what is your main goal, to get more muscles or just get more endurance?

What's the difference between those two goals?

Hi! I hope you can get over all that is bringing you down! If you work out it will certainly help your depression. ^^ Maybe you can try something easy like doing a stationary exercise bicycle. It doesn't take much effort!
Good luck!
