The Low carbohydrates diet
Important: This diet is for those who want to gain Muscles and get ripped, its an diet mainly for strength athletes!
The low carb. diet is called "Anabole diet" or "Body-Building diet" too. You should consume 60% good Fat's, 35% Protein and only 5% carbohydrates. The goal with this diet is to gain and keep muscles combined with burn your fat! When you dont cosume many carbohydrates your Body have to get energy from your Body fat not from carbohydrates. Through this diet, the natural production of anabolic hormones are stimulated, such as testosterone and insulin and are excited to be taken forward by simultaneously targeted strength training for muscle building.
You have to eat that much Protein because your body should not drain protein from your muscles and because of the high consume of fat you will increase the formation of the metabolic breakdown product ketogenic (ketone bodies). Bacause of that you have to drink much water 4-5L a day to flush the ketogenic out of you body.
You have to combine this diet with a strength and cardio Training. At first you will notice that you lose energy because your body is changing is metabolism but after a while Your body will have adjusted to the diet and you will gain more Power! If your Power will not come back after ca. 2 weeks you can and should eat 1 day some more carbohydrates but only 1 day, that is called a "Charging day"
During the following phase, muscle building diet change times and days from charging regularly. Depending on tolerance and return time to get used to this diet plan. Captured during loading breaks carbohydrates (often through pasta or whole grains) to make your muscles look particularly plump and firm.
Critique: As the Anabolic Diet for the body, especially the kidneys, very stressful, and both the hormone and the production of uric acid is also greatly increased, it carries many health risks. Then any people with renal and / or cardiovascular and weaknesses can not perform such a diet.
