I have spent the past year transforming my own health. Last June I was nearly 300 lbs. when I was lucky enough to find a program that helped me get down to 188 lbs. I have since become a health
coach for that same program (aaronreed.tsfl.com), as I wanted to pay it forward and help others transform their own lives. Working with the Brony Health Group is a way for me to give back to the community I love. I have the knowledge and experience to help anypony create health in their life!
