HOLY!! One look at that cabinet and my arms feel sore. That looks fun as heck!! Lol. It was fun! I really wish that arcade hadn't closed :\ And yeah, there were a few times I played for like and hour. Sweet Celestia, my arms hurt the next day. Another deceptively physically exhausting game is Mario and Sonic at the Olympics for Wii. Those relay events...so much waggling. My forearms burn just thinking about it.

Wii fit is an obvious one, also Zumba and Just Dance are also amazing for good exercise! How is that zumba game? My mom wants it, but I don't know if it's good or not. It's a laugh, and it's really fun if you play it with a group of people. Also, it does give you a lot of exercise and you don't have to play it for long to get tired out. But if you play it alone then fun does wear off after a bit, it's a good buy though!

I don't really play many games, but I like those that make me think. For example, Professor Layton is a great series for giving the brain a workout.

What is your opinion in wii sports for burning a few calories? (just very light excersicing, nothing serious) Wii Sports can be a great, casual, and fun way to get a little bit of exercise. I spent a lot of time playing Wii Sport Boxing when I was just starting out. Play that for 30 mins and you'll definitely work up a sweat.

You guys make me miss DDR so much. When I was in college I played it all the time in my dorm room. When I moved back home, I didn't have the space to play, and now I live in an upstairs apartment where I have to watch my steps too often. Bah!

If it wasn't official you know it would be the funniest thing ever.

I've made gaming a little workout for me, for example on Halo 4 or Black Ops 2 I do as many push ups as I get kills and this has actually helped me build up the amount of push ups I can do in one set and also instead of sitting down I'm always standing when I play; making sure I'm always moving.
