Cloud Atlas blew my mind. Saw it with a friend and we did not say one word to each other for the entire movie.

It'd just be irresponsible to not bring up Dark Knight Rises here. The ending was a bit confusing (did Batman die or didn't he?), but everything else was pure cinema magic

I'm gonna wreck it! Wreck it Ralph was great. I saw it at an awkward time so, despite it being opening day, the theater wasn't totally full and I got last minute tickets. (like, 2 minutes before show-time last minute.)
And Naahdude, Dark Night Rises was definitely something special. And Bane was such a great villain, especially after having it be the Joker in the last movie.

Rrrgh my dad is at a conference until Friday and I have to wait for him to see Wreck-It Ralph. WANT SO BAD. CAN NOT WAIT. Plus waiting for pony, I'm going nuts!
I really liked Looper, which I saw last week. Not the best movie ever (I kept mentally comparing it to Inception and it fell short), but very solid, extremely well-written and acted, and made me cry like a baby.

The god awful My Little Pony Movie. If you're talking about "My Little Pony: The Movie", DON'T YOU DARE I will freely admit the presence of the world's largest nostalgia goggles, but no one is allowed to insult my favorite movie when I was 5. I even love Baby Lickety Split, the pony everyone hates. So many warm fuzzies. You may, however, criticize "Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland", which scared the crap out of me when I was 5. We should totally start another thread about childhood nostalgia.
